By downloading, installing, or using the Voltaro application ("App") provided by 2138 ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Voltaro is a mobile application that allows users to:

  • Locate electric vehicle charging stations on an interactive map
  • View station details including connector types, power output, and pricing
  • Reserve charging time slots
  • Check in at stations using QR codes
  • Save favorite stations and track reservation history

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of locating and reserving EV charging stations
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure
  • Not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
  • Keep your device and account credentials secure

4. Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations made through the App are subject to the following conditions:

  • Reservations are confirmed once you receive a QR code
  • You may cancel a reservation at any time before the reserved time slot begins
  • We do not guarantee the availability of any specific charging station at all times
  • Station availability shown in the App is provided on an "as-is" basis and may not reflect real-time conditions

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are the property of 2138 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • That the information provided (station locations, availability, pricing) will be accurate or up-to-date at all times

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including charging station operators and payment processors. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
